Operation Specialist

Job Discription:

Main Duties include but not limited to the following:

1. Provide administrative support to executive (schedule, trip planning, office supplies, etc.)Coordinate with internal and external departments/counterparties to arrange and plan for executive’s business schedule and activities to make the best use of executive’s time;

2. Organize meetings, events and other activities under the instruction of the executive to achieve strategic and managerial objectives;

3. Other ad hoc tasks/projects whenever necessary;

Candidate Requirements:

1. Bachelor degreeStrong communication and business writing skills

2. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills

3. Ability to deal with all levels of personnel in a courteous and efficient manner and exercise discretion on confidential matters

4. Must be able to work with high quality and efficiency under pressure

5. Must be fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English written and verbal communications

6. Good PC Skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

7. Previous or current experience in working in a multicultural environment is a plus

8. Overseas education background or working experience would be a plus

9. Experience in providing administrative support to senior executive-level people, and in planning and organizing large-scale events and activities would be a plus
