Job Description:

1.Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for CEO including: managing an extremely active and efficient calendar of appointments; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings;

2.Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected;

3.Communicates directly with managements, staff, and others, on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between CEO and internal departments; 

4.Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and after-meeting follow-ups;

5.Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all- staff meetings; 

Facilitates cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans.



1.Bachelor's degree required;

2.Must be fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English; 

3.Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms;

4.Experience in working in a multicultural environment is a plus;

5.Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management team, and external partners; 

6.Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
